As a life coach, I bring over twenty years of experience in mental health, psychotherapy, and human development. My approach combines clinical expertise with strategic, solution-focused methods to help individuals and groups move past internal limits, navigate change, and pursue meaningful self-discovery and transformation.

My commitment to this work began early. Growing up in a beautiful yet conflict-impacted country inspired a deep desire to ease suffering and support others through their challenges. I earned my psychology degree from the University of Los Andes in Colombia, then moved to Italy for a master’s in Brief Strategic Psychotherapy. I later returned to Colombia, working in private practice and with NGOs, humanitarian programs, and grassroots initiatives in psychosocial wellbeing, trauma-informed care, peacebuilding, and empowerment—often in leadership roles serving refugees and marginalized communities. My passion for learning then led me to the University of Notre Dame in the U.S., where I completed a master’s in peacebuilding.

Across clinical counseling, program development, and organizational strategy, my work has always centered on people—their resilience, potential, and paths toward well-being and purpose.

As a coach, I draw on this experience, integrating psychological insight, cultural sensitivity, and strategic problem-solving to support clients through personal and relational challenges, life transitions, leadership development, and increased self-confidence. I’ve seen how powerful change can be when people are met with clarity, strategy, and compassion.

I look forward to supporting you as you build the life, leadership, and impact you are meant to create.

Hi, and welcome — I’m Natalia.
